Vice President, Client Solutions

The VP, Client Solutions is responsible for leading profitable growth of one or more ManpowerGroup industry verticals. The VP, Client Solutions leads the relationship with industry clients, consulting on workforce solutions to improve their business results. Directs a dedicated pursuit team and collaborates with other brand subject matter expert/sales teams to identify opportunities, draft solutions, and drive them through to a win.
Making an Impact
Translate NA Sales strategy and priorities into a clear industry and growth strategy.
Develop and coach direct and indirect reports who are sales professionals tasked with attaining new contracts, cross selling, and growing current clients (typical span of control is 3-7 direct reports).
Inspire and influence a pursuit team made up of direct reports as well as other brand experts and sales professionals to capitalize on opportunities in the industry and ultimately win new opportunities.
Sharing Expertise
Grow ManpowerGroup’s visibility and expertise in the industry of focus.
Create and present account reviews and consult with leaders on talent management solutions, always identifying and pursuing potential ManpowerGroup opportunities.
Provide subject matter expertise on the industry of focus, ManpowerGroup, and the World of Work.
Gaining Exposure
Own the relationship with clients inclusive of executives and C-Suite.
Direct the pursuit team and other ManpowerGroup sales teams to strategically build client network and influence.
Collaborate with brand partners to provide smooth transition to Delivery as well as to partner with Delivery on any escalations that arise.
Your Typical Day
Gather and utilize market data and analysis to inform short-term and long-term strategies and forecasting.
Develop customized workforce solutions for clients that meet their unique needs, by collaborating across teams/brands and leveraging the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.
Drive ManpowerGroup’s expertise and growth in focus industry by staying up to date and sharing expertise to intensify the team’s capabilities and knowledge.
Other accountabilities as assigned
Required
10 years of experience selling a solution / in a professional services industry
Experience working in a complex/matrixed environment
Knowledge and experience in talent management and/or to the staffing industry, and expertise within assigned vertical
Experience indirectly or directly leading a team or group
High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Formal managerial experience
Ownership/management experience including managing a P&L
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
