About The Opportunity:
The Senior Commercial Line Branch Manager will lead a team of 10 professionals, managing and growing a diverse portfolio of business across both the US and Canada. The position includes travel to the US, London, and Ontario for meetings with insurance carriers and clients, enhancing global industry exposure.
About The Position:Management of 10 brokers in the office and reporting to the CEOMaintain and strengthen the relationships with clients and insurance carriersAcquiring new accounts from across Canada and the USBe a subject-matter expert in the industry and provide insights to clientsUnderwrite some policies internallyOccasional travel to London, Ontario, and US?The Requirements:10+ years of experience in commercial line as an account executive or an underwriterLevel 2 license requiredLeadership experience is not a must have but preferred to haveCompensation:Up to $150,000 plus bonus (Salary is negotiable depending on experience)Medical and dental coverageRRSP matchingPaid leaves
