Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of the annual budgeting processMonthly forecasting of premium, revenue, and expensesMonthly P&L review-finding and correcting errors, identifying areas that are off plan and the contributing factors, etc.Creating and managing trend reports for revenue and expenses i.e. Rev:T&E, Rev:FTEWorking closely with COO, CUO and divisional heads to find efficiencies to increase profitabilityLiaison between Avant and SPG Finance and Accounting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance5+ years of experience in “management accounting”, budget planning, profit and loss analysisPlus: experience in insurance (not required)

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 USD and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
