Key Responsibilities: + Ownership of the annual budgeting process + Monthly forecasting of premium, revenue, and expenses + Monthly P&L review-finding and correcting errors, identifying areas that are off plan and the contributing factors, etc. + Creating and managing trend reports for revenue and expenses i.e. Rev:T&E, Rev:FTE + Working closely with COO, CUO and divisional heads to find efficiencies to increase profitability + Liaison between Avant and SPG Finance and Accounting **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance + 5+ years of experience in “management accounting”, budget planning, profit and loss analysis + Plus: experience in insurance (not required) Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 USD and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
