Key Responsibilities:
• P&L Management: Take ownership of and be accountable for the financial performance of our digital commerce in the US, coordinating with global leaders to hit revenue and profitability targets.
• Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement multi-year global eCommerce plans that propel growth and delight our customers.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across Marketing, Merchandising, UI/UX, Development, Product Management, Finance, Customer Service, and Program Management to achieve business goals and excel in their roles.
• Global Leadership: Lead a team of global business owners to align on strategy, roadmap and execution, ensuring we achieve growth and success across each of the participating regions.
• Customer Experience: Elevate the customer journey, ensuring a a seamless and engaging experience from browsing to post-purchase.
• Global Expansion: Strategically prioritize and onboard fulfillment services in new regions to fuel our global business expansion.
• Site Operations: Oversee all aspects of site management, from merchandising and content to security, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, implementing cutting-edge technologies and services to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
• Collaboration: Work closely with key partners to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies, achieving traffic, conversion, and sales goals.
Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in consumer goods.
• 7+ years in team management with strong leadership skills.
• Proven P&L experience at a meaningful scale.
• Global experience preferred.
• Strong executive presence with excellent presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage detailed, hands-on tasks.
• Think and act like an owner while being comfortable in a matrixed environment.
• Expertise in eCommerce best practices and market trends.
• Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
