What is the opportunity?

As the Equity Research Sales, you will bring an established network of institutional equity investor clients to the RBC platform to drive and further develop our expanding domestic and global platform.

What will you do?

Maintain, develop and expand institutional client relationships with key domestic and global accountsLeverage RBC's extensive global network embracing a collegiate approach with peers in equities, capital markets and investment bankingWork closely with RBC's extensive global network of research analysts and support their goals and recognition with client baseSupport Head of Sales role and Head of Equities in the development and execution in all parts of the business strategyBring high degree of market knowledge and experience; develop and communicate trading ideas and adding value to client baseRequires high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm and energy to thrive in a fast paced global environment

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Bachelor's Degree or equivalentMust maintain level of knowledge through CPDEquities knowledgeUnderstanding of financial marketsBuilding strong and enduring client relationships that focus on a win-win situationSeeking to understand what our clients need and offer advice and solutions that are right for themStrong knowledge of MS Office, with advanced-level Excel skills
