Position Summary:

The Rate Sales group covers MUFG's institutional investor clients. Institutional investor clients include Insurance Companies, Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Central Banks, GSEs, SSA, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Pensions, and Endowments. Products include Government bonds, interest rate derivatives, repo, commercial paper, and related rate product. Team members work with traders, strategists, and economists to tailor solutions for clients on a broad range of topics ranging from macroeconomic and relative value themes, to asset & liability management. VP eRates Sales will provide eRates coverage of clients in the Americas, including onboarding, pricing adjustments, performance analysis and product sales.

 
Responsibilities:

Cross Asset E-Trading/E-Commence Client Relationship managementE-Commence sales and product managementPartnership with sales, line trading and e-Trading to grow overall businessTCA and Client Analysis for business MI and Strategy ManagementConnect with clients, venue and vendor community for product, market structure updates and market intelHelp promote MUFG products across E-Distribution channels.Identify new revenue opportunities, build customer and revenue business in alignment with management strategy

Requirements:

5+ years of experienceBachelor’s degree required, MBA and/or CFA a plusStrong knowledge in e Commerce and TechnologyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsResults driven, with a strong sense of accountabilityStrong decision-making skills, the ability to demonstrate sound judgmentA pro-active, motivated approachThe ability to operate with urgency, prioritize work accordingly and multi-taskA creative and innovative approach to workExcellent attention to detail and accuracyExcellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

The typical base pay range for this role is between $210K - $263K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
