Position Overview

We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). In this critical role, reporting directly to the CFO, you will shape the future of our finance function and drive IntegriChain's overall performance. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights and guiding our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual planning process, along with monthly and quarterly forecasting and long-range planning. Develop and implement a robust Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework that aligns financial metrics with strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks to inform financial strategies. Provide strategic, financial guidance to leadership, enabling informed decision-making. Identify opportunities for investment in growth and develop corresponding commercial targets. Ensure effective communication of financial insights and reports to various stakeholders. Manage and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Enhance system alignment to improve the performance of both the finance organization and the broader business. Drive operational efficiency and excellence across the organization. Evaluate M&A targets and potential synergies to support underwriting and value creation plans. 

Qualifications

What you will bring to the table: 

8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong emphasis on FP&A.Experienced in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgetingPossess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, enabling you to easily translate complex financial data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
