What You’ll be Doing

The Global Real Estate and Facilities Teams are dedicated to delivering a best-in-class experience at TTEC by creating spaces that integrate seamlessly with technology. Our goal is to foster engagement, collaboration, and productivity while prioritizing safety, health, and sustainability to minimize our environmental impact and support efficient operations.

Reporting to the CFO of TTEC and working directly with other Senior Leadership Team members, you'll make an impact through establishing and driving the real estate & facilities mission, vision, as well as the company’s tactical and strategic decisions in the function. 

On a Typical Day, You’ll

Lead a team of Directors overseeing real estate, facilities, EH&S, and construction. Develop and execute short- and long-term leasing strategies globally, aligned with approved business needs and corporate policies. Analyze market data to support property acquisitions, lease renewals, and space dispositions related to growth, consolidation, or M&A activities. Provide Finance with input for annual management planning, project budgets, site restructures, and other reporting requirements. Collaborate with regional teams to gather and reconcile data for business cases, ensuring alignment between portfolio strategies and business goals. Work closely with the Global Workforce Management and Facilities Teams to identify and prioritize portfolio improvement opportunities in line with optimization plans. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment on deliverables. Develop reporting materials to track portfolio efficiency, focusing on cost, occupancy, and flexibility metrics. Generate portfolio analytics to support data-driven decisions for global portfolio management.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

15 years of experience with a strong understanding of real estate transactions, lease administration, facility management, and portfolio management. Demonstrated expertise in managing a large-scale, multi-country real estate portfolio, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions. Strong understanding of facilities operations, including building systems, safety regulations, and sustainability practices. Exceptional financial acumen with a general understanding of GAAP/lease accounting. Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with advanced negotiation expertise.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $250,000-$275,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
