**Job Description Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Success Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS market, ideally with Occupier Real Estate exposure, and a proven track record of success in developing and launching successful IT products.
As a Product Success Lead you will be focused on product successful adoption and seamless post-transition experience among our GOS Clients. The candidate will engage directly with CW customers and be responsible for implementing, driving adoption and supporting the products i.e. a cross functional role straddling Product, Customer Experience and Support. Additionally, Product Success Lead will oversee analytics/data visualization teams to provide top tier data insights.
This role is fundamental to customer listening and streamlining the CX and Support feedback loop into product enhancements directly influencing the product strategy roadmap and development of our CRE Tech platform.
**Job Description**
Market Analysis and CX Strategy
+ Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
+ Translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive product innovation and strategic market positioning.
+ Conduct competitor analysis: monitoring the competitive landscape, identifying competitor offerings, strengths, and weaknesses.
+ Support Clients (internal & external) in creating and implementing industry leading CX strategies to meet customer & client needs
+ Assess existing processes and technologies to identify opportunities for the implementation of new Sales & CX methodologies
+ Work with the business and lead technology streamline to craft go-to-market strategies and refine account coverage models for optimal performance, measured by revenue retention, and growth.
+ Develop a strategy for an integrated technology stack that creates a 360-degree view of customers to bring visibility, insights, and actions to all customer-facing teams.
+ Ensure the Vendors of choice are aligned with Cushman & Wakefield Partner First policy
Product Improvement
+ Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing product features, performance, and user experience.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer support, to implement improvements effectively.
+ Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and refinement.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that outlines priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
+ Lead and support a variety of strategic customer success projects, including setting up the and driving the service delivery standardization, continuously improving Time to Implement (T2L), while growing services revenue through service innovation
Managing the Product Life Cycle
+ Provide Clients with the simplified technology stack overview translating technology capabilities into business, operational and process benefits.
+ Build and implement best in class Client Lifecycle engagement model (through Sales, Transition, Client Care and Support) to ensure integrated Account Management
+ Build a data driven account based management model to provide insights into process excellence opportunities
+ Define and track key product metrics (https://userpilot.com/blog/types-of-product-metrics/) to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Occupier Business Practices
+ Integrate Cushman & Wakefield’s recurring revenue business models into product strategies.
+ Develop and implement business practices that support sustainable growth and long-term revenue streams.
+ Monitor and optimize revenue models to ensure consistent financial performance.
+ Build and nurture the Technology and Business partnership through the entire Product success journey.
Global Partnership with Business Stakeholders
+ Establish and nurture strong relationships with global business stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
+ Execute sales pipeline through existing and new stakeholder networks (both internally at Cushman & Wakefield and externally with new clients) looking for white space opportunities.
+ Partner with Client to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize product profitability and market impact
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategies with organizational goals and customer needs.
+ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to foster strategic partnerships.
Internal Responsibilities
+ Establish a core set of KPIs for all teams to assess the operational effectiveness of each team.
+ Analyze market dynamics to ensure successful partner coverage that supports the Customer Experience, Sales and Solution Team initiatives and success
+ Assist Account Teams in optimizing their workforce and skill sets to meet service levels and changing demand periods
+ Leading and mentoring a team of product and analytics managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and professional growth
+ Managing budgets related to product development and ensuring optimal allocation of resources
+ Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing product success team
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification.
+ 10+ years of experience scaling product success functions at Industry leading companies,
+ 5+ years as a people leader - a demonstrable history of leading and inspiring high-performing teams
+ Previous Industry consulting experience is a strong asset
+ Proven track record of leading successful product initiatives and driving market growth.
+ Experience in SaaS field service management experience is a plus
+ Deep insight into of the latest Technology trends in the Real Estate and Digital Transformation market
+ Strong learner with an aptitude for absorbing and synthesizing technically complex information and then explaining it in a clear and concise manner
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
+ Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
+ Knowledge of recurring revenue business models and practices.
+ Ability to build and maintain global partnerships with business stakeholders.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $250,750.00 - $295,000.00
