Vice President, Inclusive Talent - Events and Experience

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Inclusive Talent – Events and Experience to join our People Team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Plan, execute and on-site manage end-to-end logistics for inclusive events and experiences, including national conferences, career fairs and experiences aimed at attracting and recruiting talent. Serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external partners, including external professional organizations, Employee Resource Groups, nonprofits, and educational partners. Partners with both Early Career and Experienced talent acquisition team members to align our strategy to workforce/talent needs and engagement strategies. Designs and delivers best practices and scalable processes and training,  Defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategy and activation success, showcasing ROI and areas of improvement.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience 5+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management, Belonging and Inclusion, Recruiting and/or HR Proven program and/or project management experience, preferably within Belonging & Inclusion or Talent Acquisition Strong relationship management skills for working with both internal and external at all levels Willingness to travel up to 25%
