Vice President, International Client Onboarding and Commercialization - Wealth & Personal Banking

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, International Client Onboarding and Commercialization.

Principal Responsibilities

Drive IBC GZ and BGE teams to deliver on the Area Operating Plans Actively migrate offshore account onboarding to IBC with a close to 100% migration Design and enable rapid solutions for growth in response to market changes by resolving channel challenges and investigating their complaints or feedbacks with a view to recover serviceBuild on existing IBC processes to enable efficient and quality onboarding of offshore clientsConstantly review the client journeys through IBC to understand how client experience can be improvedRe-engineer some of the existing processes to drive improved TATs across both IBC teamsSupport on digital transformation of International customer onboarding channels to enable and deliver growth aspirations as well ensure customer journeys are both smooth and efficient as well as competitiveSupport in the design and optimize the ICO Remote Journey’s to improve profitability of Bank through reduced cost while driving increased customer valueCommercialize the existing and newly designed digital journeys through cross functional working groups with partner corridors, International Desk Managers, Corporate Account Managers and product and proposition teams for both offshore and onshore onboardingPlan and project outcomes for ICO (both inbound and outbound) in collaboration with corridor counterparts in order to operate both a lean and efficient level of operations through the IBC channelsWork with key stakeholders to provide immediate feedback on trends observed by the IBC teamsFoster and champion a change mindset to promote growth through ICO and digital channels
