Role and Responsibilities

The Lead Solution Architect (Power Platform) will be responsible for translating requirement from the key stakeholders into action and delivery in close collaboration with business users and domain architects. He/She will work closely with business, data and technology architects in translating business requirements to product features, solution architecture, develop roadmap and implementation plan that fit to the current vs. future state of Power Platform CoE.Best Practices, Standards, Innovation and DevelopmentDevelop and promote best practices for app development, data management, and automation.Standardize templates, components, and processes to ensure consistency and quality.Encourage innovation by identifying and promoting new use cases for Power Platform.Support the development of custom applications, workflows, and dashboards.Lead discussions among domain architects, subject matter experts and business users.Governance, Compliance, Security and Risk Management:Perform design review of Power Platform Solutions and deliverables.Establish policies and standards for the use of Power Platform tools.Ensure compliance with Power Platform CoE standard and regulatory requirements.Implement security measures to protect data and applications.Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.Ensure that Power Platform solutions adhere to security policies and standards.TrainingProvide training programs and resources to upskill employees on Power Platform tools.Provide support and guidance to citizen and professional developers.Create a knowledge base and community of practice for sharing insights and solutions.Monitoring and Analytics:Implement Power Platform CoE toolkit and processes to monitor the usage and performance of Power Platform solutions.Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Report on key metrics and outcomes to stakeholders.Support and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Power Platform solutions.Manage updates, upgrades, and changes to ensure continuity and performance.Address issues and incidents promptly to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of related experiences in IT industry with at least 7-year experience in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents).Experience in related technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure with data integration, automation, and application development.Experience in APIs / microservices best practice, framework, and architecture patterns. Well versed in development framework such as Django, Spring, nodejs, express.js, ASP.NET.Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.Experience in banking industry is preferred.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents).Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure.Experience with data integration, automation, and application development.Experience in APIs / microservices best practice, framework, and architecture patterns. Well versed in development framework such as Django, Spring, nodejs, express.js, ASP.NET.Leadership and Management Skills:Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the CoE team.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.Experience in project management and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the Power Platform.Understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.Governance and Compliance:Knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices for managing technology platforms.Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data security and privacy.Ability to establish and enforce governance policies and standards.Communication and Training:Excellent communication skills to articulate the value and benefits of the Power Platform to stakeholders.Experience in developing and delivering training programs to upskill employees.Ability to create a knowledge-sharing culture and foster a community of practice.Problem-Solving and Innovation:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.Ability to identify and promote innovative use cases for the Power Platform.Experience in driving continuous improvement and innovation.
