Who You Are:
The Vice President, Logistics & Distribution - EMEA is responsible for managing and owning the distribution of product from Entry in Europe to final customer, across all distribution channels (e-commerce, wholesale, retail) in Capri brands across EMEA. The Vice President will act as an internal 4PL leader providing Logistics and distribution services towards the brands. More specifically, this role will be responsible for the warehousing operations across our multi-brand distribution center, outbound transportation, and supplier management (temp agencies, 3PL, Freight carriers, etc.)
The Vice President, Logistics & Distribution - EMEA should have strong business acumen and collaboration approach, working with the regional brand leadership to support the brand strategy and growth ambition and drive a customer centric supply Chain.
What You’ll Do:
Manage logistics and distribution operations for EMEA Distribution Centers and Transportation to advance performance and processes.Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to deliver service and performance, to support the brand strategy.Oversee 1 warehouse across multi brands, outbound transport, inventory, order fulfillment, and facility maintenance for the Capri Brands across EMEAOversee Customer Service for Michael Kors EMEAManage day-to-day operations including internal and external partners, 4PL.Develop and implement best practices to drive efficiency, reduce cost, and improve services with contracted carriers, brokers, and drayage operations.Provide recommendations to the S&OP/S&OE and participate in S&OP/S&OE meetings to ensure Logistics capacity and resources are planned to support the commercial plans.Provide strong partnership and communication to the Business leadership, supporting the brand growth and delivering efficient service to the customer.Acts as the Supply Chain lead for Michael Kors EMEA.Plan and execute for peak season success and optimize a customer centric focus.Foster a high performance and results driven culture through KPIs, key metrics and goals.Leverage analytics to identify areas of opportunity, and to deliver measurable results that align with our strategy.Set and manage resource and expense budgets with finance team to ensure budgets are aligned and develop staffing models.Partner with Distribution leaders and Loss Prevention team to provide support for safety and security within the DCs.Partner with the other Capri Supply Chain leaders and business leaders to gain information and insight, build strong working relationships, shape the operations strategy, and achieve results aligned with corporate and functional objectives.Serve as logistics leader and source of expertise while working closely with other functions across the organization.Organization: Team Structure and Key Relationships

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in supply chain management, transportation, economics, business administration, project management, or a similar field.Minimal of 15 years of experience within the Logistics and Operations space driving.Experience in in the Retail / Fashion Industry preferred.Management of a global organization with logistics and /or transportation budget responsibilities.Strong data analytical skills: ability to consume and interpret metrics and data to make sound business conclusions.Proven ability to consistently deliver on KPIs.Strong business acumen, with collaboration skills and excellent ability to communicate with commercial leadersExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other Process Improvement Methodology.Experience managing global resources and working in a matrix environment.Extensive knowledge and experience with managing complex channel analytics from concept to successful implementation.Technical and applied understanding of logistics software and warehouse management systems.Flexibility to travel and work in office (hybrid schedule)Ideally be based in The Netherlands, England, Switzerland, or ItalyLeadership & Approach:
