Job Summary: As a Network Management Vice President in the Network Management Obligations team, you will oversee regulatory framework implementation and team operations in Tampa. You will ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements and foster a collaborative team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement obligations framework to meet regulatory requirements, including due diligence and attestations. Lead regulatory mapping exercises for the Americas region. Develop and update regulatory frameworks and due diligence questionnaires. Review and document regulatory changes impacting the region. Draft procedure changes related to legal and regulatory requirements. Train the team on legal and regulatory obligations. Represent Network Management Obligations in committees and governance forums. Foster a culture of partnership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Ensure timely delivery of regulatory attestations. Coordinate with local site leads for employee experience management. Local point of contact for Network and people related escalations/ concernsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
10 years of financial services expertise. Demonstrated leadership experience. Strong knowledge of global regulations related to third-party oversight and risk management. Ability to manage multiple deliverables and communicate priorities. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and disciplined with global team collaboration experience.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in regulatory frameworks and due diligence processes. Proven track record in training and team development. Experience in committee representation and governance forums.
