Sodexo is seeking a Vice President, Operations to oversee a large Good Eating Company client portfolio for a prestigious technology company with a very high-end food program focusing on local and sustainable food items. Client portfolio features multiple cafes in the Bay Area as well as micro kitchens throughout the United States. The Vice President, Operations will also need to be able to manage the InReach portfolio (convenience solutions) side of the business and the dedicated national client executive team.
The Vice President, Operations will report directly into the Senior Vice President Operations of The Good Eating company and will have 6 direct reports (National Client Executives, District Manager, Finance Manager).
The candidate must live in the Bay Area and be able to be on site 70% of the time plus be able to travel nationally 25% to sites located outside of California.

What You Bring Proven experience managing high-end food clients / programs in a diverse geography with multiple locations or business segments.Excellent communication and proven experience exercising sound judgement within a large complex matrixed organization to tackle tough issues with tact and diplomacy in a timely fashion to act as change agent through interactions with others.
