Title and Summary
Vice President, Platform sales, LACThe Services organization is a key driver of growth for Mastercard providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Bringing together our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise into a single organization, Services relentlessly focuses on meeting the needs of our customers, acting as a critical part of our business growth. Representing over a third of Mastercard revenues, Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard.The Platform Sales teams are responsible for sales activities across Mastercard specialist sales platforms and products to drive business across specializations and offerings. We are seeking a Vice President of Platform Sales for Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) to act as a central hub for platform sales activities within the region. The role will act as the central coordination point for activities across platforms and acquisition sales teams and be responsible for identifying opportunities to cross sell. The role will report directly to the Regional Business Development Lead, with close coordination with the Global Specialized Platform Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tEnable and coordinate Platform Sales efforts across the region.
•\tManage a team with P&L responsibility with focus on achieving revenue target.
•\tActs as main point of contact and key conduit amongst specialist platform sales and acquisition sales teams
•\tServes as connection point across global BD teams to incorporate holistic view of offerings available to customers and coordinate sales efforts
•\tPartners with BD teams to embed various specialized platforms into account strategies
•\tCoordinates across platforms to identify cross sell opportunities where possible
•\tAccelerate and optimize platform sales within the region
•\tBuilds relationships with key customers while remaining in close alignment with the BD operating model
•\tBe a thought leader and subject matter expert for both Mastercard and our customers

•\tStrong networking and relationship building skills. Capability to navigate across the internal Mastercard organization to accelerate collaboration and influence across matrixed reporting structures
