About the Role:

As the VP of Product Management, you will lead the Global Business Systems team to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. This role involves driving product roadmap integration across all LexisNexis business units and ensuring a modern technology stack with AI capabilities. You will oversee the overall product portfolio strategy, manage related roles, and foster solid relationships with key partners. Additionally, you will influence senior executives and extend product excellence throughout the organization.
 

Responsibilities:

Leading the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal business systemsCollaborating with technology and business unit leaders to execute key enhancementsPartnering with VP of Global Sales Tools & Processes to generate harmonized business requirementsBeing an expert on the Salesforce ecosystem and back-office domain trendsEstablishing, tracking, and managing OKRs aligned with business strategyDeveloping and maintaining a robust governance framework for product lifecycle decision makingManaging escalations and maintaining effective partnerships with senior leaders globallyBuilding impactful relationships with internal customers and fostering a robust product culture

Requirements:

Have proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiativesDemonstrate deep industry knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystemBe process and systems oriented, with a focus on problem-solving across multiple initiativesBe able to influence across multiple levels in the organizationHave an action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of delivering wins and driving growthBe able to travel globally as required
