Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Lead production and continuous improvement workflows including internal teams and third-party production companiesOversee program production timelines from pre-production to delivery and all program management/maintenance operationsLiaise between external production partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communicationLiaise between all teams engaged in the creation and maintenance of WGU courses and programs to ensure productive communication, alignment and continuously improving satisfaction with the productApprove and oversee all production and portfolio management and maintenance, finance, and budgeting toward YOY gains in efficiencyOversee work with procurement and vendor management teams to get best-in-class rates and service levelsCollaborate with the Learning Design and Analytics team on all design Standards and Practice decisionsWork across College and Shared Service student lifecycle teams to streamline workflows related to program launch and continuous improvementPerforms other related duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required with Masters preferred10+ years of line producing or production management experience in educational content design and production, ideally with some experience working specifically in the higher ed space.Knowledge of all industry standard budgeting and project management software.Respectful demeanor and acceptance of clients from a variety of backgrounds.Clear, concise communication skills, including an openness to broad perspectives and the ability to distill opinions into actionable items.Strong analytical capabilities and judgmentAbility to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.A strong sense of urgency and the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities.Ability to pivot quickly and fluidly, think practically, and be solution-orientedAbility to travel is required.Physical Requirements:
