This role will be charged with setting strategy for project controls, cost management, and scheduling for large-scale construction projects across the organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, change orders, cost tracking, forecasting, and invoicing. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between operations and accounting to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects within the energy, construction, or utilities sectors preferred. + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration. + PMP or other recognized project management credentials preferred. + Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills. Ability to inspire confidence, influence decisions, and drive results across diverse, cross-functional teams. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial and project data clearly and persuasively to senior management and clients. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
