THE ROLE

Are you looking for your next opportunity? Legends will be overseeing several new projects in the East, West, and Central regions and we are looking for leaders who will be responsible for full oversight of a project including leading revenue generation, building the team, operations, and managing partner relationships.

The VP, Sales & Service will be responsible for overseeing revenue generation and retention for an upcoming Legends Project. This position will work closely with the Talent Attraction team on  hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the sales & service teams to optimize performance, drive revenue, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of first-hand sales and service management experience. They should be comfortable analyzing performance metrics, data, and analytics and how to utilize the information available to forecast and drive decision-making. The Vice President, Sales should be comfortable speaking in public, a proven team leader, and have the ability to create and manage a positive and dynamic sales & service culture. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Drive revenue and ticket sales through strategic planning. Develop performance incentives linked to sales and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with HR for competitive compensation and benefits. Oversee customer experience initiatives and service operations. Design structured onboarding processes for new hires. Implement a rigorous selection process for recruitment. Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent. Articulate the organization’s mission and successes to build the employer brand. Recruit, mentor, and develop talent while promoting a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 10 years management experience leading high-volume sales teams. Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, including coaching, mentoring, hiring, training, and performance management. Resourceful and innovative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and partnership-oriented mindset. Expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and deal structuring. Ability to develop and deliver sound recommendations to senior management. Ability to work traditional and non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays). Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and various ticketing systems. Must be located or willing to relocate to project location.  COMPENSATION
