Vice President, Strategy - Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) EMEA

As a Vice President in the CIB Strategy EMEA team, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation across the organization. You will work on projects such as developing international growth strategies, planning new product and market entries, and conducting strategic business deep dives. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to deliver insights and recommendations that shape the future of our business.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives and projects to address diverse challenges identified by senior managers in the Corporate & Investment Bank.Lead project teams ensuring the delivery of impactful and insightful strategy analyses and recommendations.Gather, synthesize, analyze, and present project data and findings.Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.Execute creative analyses to identify issues and provide actionable recommendations.Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.Monitor industry trends and share insightful reports with the team and senior executives.Coach and mentor strategy associates and analysts.Foster a collaborative and responsible team environment.Manage multiple projects simultaneously across the CIB organization.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Relevant experience in strategy roles in leading consultancies or internal strategy roles; and/or relevant experience in leading financial institutions in business rolesStrong problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to apply quantitative approaches.Effective and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.Deep understanding of financial services particularly in banking and capital marketsAbility to work well in cross-functional teams in large and complex organizations.Positive and collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Prior experience in strategy roles focused on financial institutions.Prior experience in managing project teams.Prior experience in CIBs or FMIs.
