Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced front office Talent Acquisition Partner to managing the end-to-end hiring process for our revenue generating lines of business in EMEA. Working within a team of Recruiters supporting, you will bring your expertise and technical knowledge to our Global Markets, Global Corporate and Investment Banking, Research, Enterprise Credit, Global Commercial Banking, Global Payment Solutions and Quantitative Strategies and Data clients working across several locations within the EMEA region.
Core to the role will be understanding business needs, developing and executing sourcing strategies, including managing search firm relationships, screening/interviewing candidates, partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings and hiring plans.
