Vice President, Talent & Leadership Development (Based in Malaysia)-People
This role is responsible for leading and managing the talent and leadership development programs to ensure they have the core and leadership skills to excel in their current roles and are prepared for the skills they will need in the future. This role requires expertise in identifying capability gaps within the organization, designing and implementing talent development programs, and creating strategies to develop and retain high-potential employees.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to collect and analyse training needs, design, develop, and implement high potential talent development initiatives aligned with the business needs and talent management strategy.
- Talent assessment and gap analysis: identify capability gaps within the organization and develop strategies to address them.
- Learning and development: design and deliver training programs that support the development of leadership capabilities. Coordinate arrangements for external courses where needed.
- Measure impact of initiatives in delivering value for the business.
- T alent analytics: utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent and leadership development programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Group talent and leadership development head.
