Our Transaction Advisory Services practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Within Transaction Advisory Services practice, technical expertise to the firm. Work on buy /sell-side technology due diligence engagementsAnalyze software code base, software development lifecycle for a software, design software and write custom SQL code to develop a softwareManage internal and external customer and large software development projectsManage technical aspects of IT projects, write technical specifications and develop solutions using open source codes, microsoft.net and plug-ins.Analyze and mine large volume of financial data and develop data analytics and dashboard tool for management reportingStrong experience in business intelligence is desired. Manage large ETL projects and develop solutions using SSIS, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit and other third-party products. Identify post-acquisition steps to optimize savings and improve efficiencies and cost by supporting implementation of technology initiativesAssist clients in identifying pre- and post-acquisition transaction issuesContribute to the report-writing process
Essential traits:
Minimum of 5 years related work experience in M&A technology due diligence or equivalentA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or information systemsFluent in Alteryx, Power BI or Tableau software is a plusSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and client relationships skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and ExcelAbility to adapt to ever changing client demandsFlexibility to travel, as neededSupervisory experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communitiesExperience working with diverse teams
