Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Transaction Banking Digital Channels team. As a Product Manager, you will define the set of systems, tools, and processes that support the Transaction Banking organization in delivering value to clients. You will manage initiatives and platforms that transition the bank to a modern, scalable system for account and product provisioning, implementation, and management. This role is based in New York or Los Angeles. 

Job Responsibilities 

Lead the Information Reporting portfolio across multiple stakeholders, aiming to drive client adoption and revenue generation. Manage the product roadmap, vision, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.Be responsible for product performance and invest in enhancements to meet business objectives. Collaborate with technology and other partners to optimize the use of a diverse ecosystem of reporting, data visualization, and analysis for the benefit of clients and the business. Monitor and respond to external influences including competitive developments, client feedback, and regulatory changes and guidance. 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

At least 7 years of experience in product or program management, preferably in digital banking. Knowledgeable in cash management, product implementation, and service processes. Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions. Proven track record of documenting requirements and developing new capabilities to deliver customer value. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-centered design. Passion for solving customer problems and creating value. 

The typical base pay range for this role is between $109K - $168K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
