Vice President, Transformation

The Vice President, Transformation plays a critical role in the owning, guiding and implementing significant strategy and change throughout the organization. Critical in the success of the organization, this role will overhaul operations, partner with cross-functional brand, commercial, and function leaders on new technologies and help pivot the strategic direction of VF. Working closely with the Global Leadership Team (GLT), this role will have a deep understanding of VF’s business critical strategies and will enhance them through change management, process improvements and strategic planning.
The Vice President role will be responsible for:
+ Developing and implementing comprehensive transformation strategies that align with VF’s long-term global goals.
+ Leading the cost transformation agenda with clear, measurable KPIs
+ Partnering with the GLT, regional leaders, brand and commercial leaders and key strategy team members to identify innovation opportunities to transform the business.
+ Providing market intelligence and competitive trends to identify opportunities and strategic areas of interest for VF.
+ Leading change management efforts, in partnership with the Change Management team, to ensure a smooth adaptation of new transformation initiatives.
+ Leading the engagement with external agencies to efficiently and effectively integrate key strategic business applications and enhancements.
+ Providing competitive intelligence for strategic business planning, including setting organizational goals, KPIs, and project plans for key stakeholders.
+ Identifying growth and business model innovation opportunities and facilitating initiatives across Brands/Regions/Functions to transform what we do as a company.
+ Overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of specific projects that support the transformation strategy to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in scope.
+ Identify key areas where AI can provide a competitive advantage for VF and draft a comprehensive AI strategy aligned to the company’s overall business objectives.
+ Created a detailed implementation roadmap for AI initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience.
+ Degree in related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred
+ Minimum 5 years management experience
+ Minimum of 15 years of related progressive management experience in consumer centric, fast-moving companies
+ Experience leading a transformation office or PMO team within a global organization
+ Experience driving cost programs, ideally in the apparel/footwear/fashion industry
**Hiring Range** **:**
$308,448.00 USD - $385,560.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
**Long-Term Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan. Specific details of the plan will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
