The Global Risk & Compliance Organization (“GRC”) independently oversees the company’s risk-taking and risk management activities, including the comprehensive identification, management, and mitigation of risks within the Company’s risk appetite. GRC ensures the company operates in a safe, sound and fully compliant manner within all applicable regulatory expectations. We create and maintain the overall risk management framework while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

We are seeking a highly experienced VP, Transformation and Strategic & Reputational Risk, to join our Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Oversight (ERM&RO) function within GRC. You’ll help the enterprise grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Project manage transformation initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines.
+ Coordinate with business units, risk teams, and technology teams to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with enterprise objectives.
+ Proactively identify project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
+ Facilitate project governance by preparing materials for steering committees and senior management reviews.
+ Develop and maintain project dashboards, progress reports, and executive summaries for key stakeholders.
+ Provide independent oversight of strategic and reputational risks within the Independent Risk Management function.
+ Develop and oversee execution of the suite of credible challenge activities for both strategic and reputational risks.
+ Conduct aggregate risk assessments to identify areas of increasing risk and the need for control improvements for strategic and reputational risk
+ Provide credible challenge on the annual strategic plan for the bank.
+ Continuously monitor external environment for potential reputational risks including news coverage, social media sentiment, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and industry trends
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 10 years of experience in strategic risk, reputational risk, enterprise risk management, or a related field within GSIB’s
+ Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is required
+ Proven expertise in enterprise risk management, with a deep understanding of strategic and reputational risk factors
+ Demonstrated experience in crisis management and communication
+ Strong understanding of financial services regulations and risk management best practices
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams
+ Ability to think strategically, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $185,000.00 to $260,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
