Vice President, Transformation MarketingWhat does a successful Vice President, Transformation Marketing do at Fiserv?
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead the launch and growth of new transformational marketing initiatives at Fiserv. This role will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction, operational framework, and market positioning of innovative revenue generating marketing initiatives. You will accomplish this in partnership with your direct report, external consultants, key stakeholders across the organization, executional support from the Centers of Excellence, and agency support in several key areas.
What you will do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the Merchant Solutions group and best-in-class principals from the marketing organization
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for new products and existing solutions that drive customer acquisition, productivity, retention, and engagement
Collaborate with product leadership, sales, operations, and finance to identify market opportunities and optimize go-to-market strategies
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions and drive innovation
Manage a high performing marketing team that consistently delivers best-in-class results
Report on performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data driven insights
Build strong relationships across the organization to enhance overall outcomes
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree
12+ years of media marketing experience
7+ years’ experience managing a direct and matrix team
B2B & B2C experience
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary
What would be great to have:
MBA or master’s degree
Financial Service Experience
Proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Exceptional leadership skills to inspire a direct and cross functional team
