Fidelity’s U.S. ETF business consists of more than 70 ETFs with assets under management of over $100 Bn, ranking Fidelity as a top 10 ETF Issuer in the U.S. Investors of Fidelity ETFs include retail, advisor, and institutional channels. The ETF product lineup provides Fidelity’s clients with indexed, factor/quant-based, and actively managed ETFs and represents equity, fixed income, and alternative asset classes (including digital/crypto ETP’s). The Fidelity ETF Team is responsible for growing Fidelity’s ETF franchise across new product delivery and on-going management of the existing product lineup. We collaborate across many segments of the organization to accomplish this goal.
The Role
The Fidelity ETF business is seeking a key member to join our innovative and growing team. This candidate will be the primary point of contact for ETF initiatives in the Investment Product Group (IPG)
The ETF Product Management & Development VP will:
Help develop and execute Fidelity’s ETF product strategy and drive ETF product development and Go-to-Market efforts.
Develop business cases and analysis to support product management & development initiatives.
Manage a pipeline of new product & product improvement initiatives.
Seek new ways to raise Fidelity’s ETF profile and increase client engagement across the enterprise.
Support innovation efforts including Crypto & Alternative investment initiatives.
The Value You Deliver:
Understanding of the ETF ecosystem and the operational aspects of launching & managing ETFs
Ability to work across multiple Fidelity business units and influence decision makers
Ability to act as an ETF specialist for various internal and external engagements.
The Skills You Bring
10+ years of experience with Mutual Fund & ETF product and operations management
Experience in the development, commercialization and implementation of new products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in analyzing data & building presentations
Strong organization skills, with attention to detail
FINRA Licensed S7 & S63 preferred, or a willingness to acquire
The base salary range for this position is $123,000-$207,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
