Vice President, US Marketing

MiQ is seeking a Vice President of US Marketing to drive the tactical execution, operational excellence, and team leadership of our marketing efforts in the United States. This role is designed to complement the SVP of US Marketing, who leads strategic direction, brand positioning, and innovation. Together, these roles will ensure that MiQ’s marketing function is both visionary and results-driven, delivering increased commercial impact in the market, revenue growth, and brand relevance. 

The VP of US Marketing will be responsible for executing MiQ’s marketing strategy, overseeing marketing operations, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to ensure measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic executor with a strong background in programmatic and/or B2B marketing, campaign management, and team leadership. 

Key Responsibilities 

 Strategic Execution & Operational Management 

○ Shape and implement the marketing strategy set by the SVP of US Marketing, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. 

○ Manage operations of the marketing department, including overseeing budgets, project management timelines, and resource allocation. 

○ Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable, results-driven campaigns. 

 Integrated Marketing Campaigns 

○ Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. ○ Ensure campaigns are well-planned, targeted, and optimized for maximum impact. 

○ Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Talent) to ensure cohesive and compelling storytelling across all marketing initiatives. 

 Performance Analytics & ROI Measurement 

○ Define and track key marketing KPIs, ensuring a data-driven approach to campaign effectiveness. 

○ Provide monthly and quarterly executive reports that connect marketing efforts to business outcomes. 

○ Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights and market trends. 

 Sales & Business Alignment 

○ Ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and sales to enhance lead quality, pipeline velocity, and customer engagement across all client 

segments. 

○ Align marketing initiatives with revenue-driving objectives to support MiQ’s business growth.

 Vendor & Partner Management 

○ Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure best-in-class marketing execution. 

○ Oversee contract negotiations, budget management, and performance evaluations of external partners. 

 Team Leadership & Development 

○ Directly oversee integrated marketing, events, performance marketing, and operations team members within the marketing function. 

○ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, focusing on career growth, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration. 

○ Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence in execution. 

Qualifications & Experience 

12+ years of experience in digital advertising/programmatic marketing, with a proven track record in integrated campaign execution and marketing operations.  Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital marketing, and content strategy.  Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.  Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing impact and translate insights into actionable strategies.  Proven success in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives and overall business goals.  Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to lead external partnerships effectively.  Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

Pay Transparency 

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $190,000-$220,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
