Vice President – Enterprise Solutions

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President – Enterprise Solutions. This newly created position will play a pivotal role in building out our centralization process and leading the development of a high-performing team to support organizational efficiency, collaboration, and scalability.
Position Overview:
The Vice President – Enterprise Solutions will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing the centralization strategy across multiple business functions. This leader will develop and execute a comprehensive plan to consolidate and streamline processes, systems, and teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of organizational efficiency and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Lead the design and execution of the company’s centralization strategy, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, resource allocation, and scalability across functions.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process standardization, consolidation, and automation to drive efficiency and reduce redundancy.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a cross-functional team dedicated to executing the centralization strategy.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leaders across departments to align centralization initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
Change Management: Lead the organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions as new processes and teams are introduced, and manage any potential resistance or challenges.
Technology and Systems Integration: Play a key role in identifying, implementing, and optimizing systems that facilitate centralized operations, ensuring alignment with best practices and technological advancements.
Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track the success of centralization efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
Create ROI: Deliver improved investor returns by leveraging SVC to reduce costs, improve resource utilization, and enhance operational performance.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to refine processes and ensure the long-term success of centralization initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in operations, strategy, or organizational development.
Strong background in driving process centralization, business transformation, or operational excellence within a fast-paced, growing organization.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with a track record of coaching and developing talent.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a complicated and nuanced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with systems integration, process automation, and digital transformation is a plus.

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled contributing 4%, with up to 6% company match, with the option to opt out. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.11 Paid Holidays per year.Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation.
