Principal responsibilities
End-to-end process ownership, management of preparation and assurance of all BAU reporting requirements (internal and external) including IFRS and HKMA financial statements (Annual Report Accounts and Interim Report) and monthly/quarterly disclosure requirementsManagement of FA teams to produce timely, accurate and complete reports and commentary.Accountable for defining the PE close, reporting process and ensuring high quality delivery, as well as escalation, incident management, and stakeholder management around reporting.Review of the critical deliverables of the process in Period end close Reporting.SME in closure of books per IFRSSupport the Leads in implementing Changes driven by Regulatory/New reporting requirements and also drive other projects which may come.Ensure that the outputs are of a high quality, and prepared in accordance with internal policies and guidelines.Support the final sign-off of reporting and other accountable stakeholders.Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills and related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work collaborativelySome careers have more impact than others.
