As a Vice President in the Technology Recruitment team, you will ensure the attraction and recruitment of top talent both internally and externally. You'll need a strong understanding of the Tech market and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices, using proactive sourcing techniques and proven recruitment delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire recruiting process and develop recruiting strategies. Manage multiple roles and collaborate with various stakeholders simultaneously. Advise hiring managers on recruiting processes and policies. Source and pipeline qualified candidates through diverse channels. Evaluate, interview, and present candidates, refining strategies based on feedback. Understand recruiting needs, participate in client meetings, and manage expectations. Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication. Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation. Provide market data to support client needs. Use applicant tracking systems and maintain data integrity. Mentor and coach team members both in local and regional teams.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Strong understanding of technical disciplines and ability to identify top talent. Client-focused, supportive, and advisory approach. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously. Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations. Familiarity with a variety of recruiting platforms (sourcing, technical assessment, candidate management platforms). Strong multitasking, project management, and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in mentoring and coaching team members. Proven track record of implementing best practices in recruitment. Strong analytical skills to provide market data insights.
