General Purpose
The Vice President of Americas Contract Marketing is responsible for leading the marketing team to provide strategic marketing support to the Americas channel. This individual will ensure alignment between regional and vertical marketing initiatives and MillerKnoll’s strategic priorities. The role involves creating and executing marketing and sales enablement strategies that educate, promote, and facilitate sales efforts across Americas sales channel.


Essential Functions
•    Plan, implement, and manage marketing and communication strategies for the Americas contract channel
•    Design comprehensive marketing plans to achieve objectives, incorporating clear metrics for tracking effectiveness
•    Ensure the MillerKnoll brand is consistently and appropriately represented across the contract customer journey in internal and external channels 
•    Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing team, fostering professional development to enhance overall team effectiveness
•    Drive cross-functional alignment to support Americas channel initiatives 
•    Stay informed of competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments offering insights and recommendations to the leadership team
•    Liaise with VPs and sales leaders to leverage expertise and deliver targeted marketing resources
•    Ensure regional sales teams are deployed in a way that aligns with the Americas priorities and alignment across market segments
•    Collaborate within the Americas Sales leadership team to share best-in-class examples of success 
•    Ensure that each individual within the organization is treated and recognized as an individual person who has the potential to add individual value to MillerKnoll.
•    Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.


Skills and Abilities
•    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field-MBA preferred
•    10-12 years of successful marketing leadership experience; sales marketing experience preferred
•    Must possess highly developed managerial and interpersonal skills
•    Must have ability and experience in evaluating and developing ideas, and concepts
•    Experience in B2B digital marketing and thought leadership content marketing
•    Requires proven leadership ability, high level of integrity, willingness to accept responsibility and the ability to make decisions for expedient problem resolution
•    Must have the ability to analyze market data, and be able to translate that information into meaningful action plans
•    Must be able to define and communicate a corporate vision
•    Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills
•    Must have a proven ability to lead people through monumental change
•    Mastery of previous jobs
