We are inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Analytics
In this role, you will be a part CPGR Analytics vertical of Genpact that conceptualizes builds cutting-edge analytics solutions for global CPGR companies in the areas of finance, supply chain, sales marketing MDM
Responsibilities
Build strong strategic relationships with the clients and be responsible for stakeholder management, end to end delivery of analytics work while identifying key growth opportunities
Should help architect deliver technical solutions to the clients in the areas of data architecture/modeling/warehousing, business intelligence, advanced analytics computing solutions
Should be able to consult guide customers in building data migration roadmap (such as HANA to Snowflake) detailing migration challenges, ways to help solve such issues be also hands on to oversee the delivery of such a migration through a technical team
Should have deep understanding hence be able to consult guide customers on cloud strategy for warehousing or computing perspective; must be able to detail the benefits of various strategies for different computing / storage reqs.
Should have sound knowledge of Data analytics interventions to drive/elevate client conversations enable its embedment in business ops by identifying relevant opportunities.
Should operate in a development environment, monitor, control and report status of services/projects to clients escalate internally appropriately to solve issues in time
Identify areas of significant customer business Impact and improvement opportunities therein provide strategic direction thought leadership to clients
Own end to end project from design, development and delivery of analytics solutions which includes dashboards development, data engineering and data science activities
Play an active role in managing the team, manage their effort and drive project tasks milestones thru a team of delivery leaders
Oversee day-to-day management of projects, communications and priorities
Conduct workshops with the key client stakeholders for generating ideas which will solve business problems
Manage and make clear guidelines on project tasks to data scientists, engineers, visualization experts and business analysts
Demonstrate the value of the analytics and build a strong working relationship with existing and prospective customers
Guide and assist sales teams in identifying and promoting solutions for new business growth
Should help in setting the right tone, perception, narrative of Genpact’s innovation transformation capabilities to client leadership in consultation with Genpact’s analytics advisory practice teams
Lead/Participate in project discussions to bring best practices for solving problems
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology/Mathematics with relevant years exp or,
Master’s in Data Analytics/ M. Tech in Computer Science/ Mathematics with at relevant of exp
Preferred Experience
Relevant years of being in such a leadership position for a large customer or multiple customers delivery analytics solutions of which relevant years should have been in managing large analytics delivery ($50mn , >1000 diverse analytics employee engagement)
Has led project management for relevant years of career having run scrums, creating project backlogs, project effort estimates resource planning
Has been hands on for relevant years in delivering advanced analytics Data Science work or backend technical work incl warehousing, Business Intelligence, ETL, Azure/AWS/GCP analytics services
