Job Summary: Serves as a CaroMont Health Senior Leadership Team member responsible for the safe and effective delivery of all non-nursing clinical services. Performs daily leadership in the planning, delivery and process/outcome monitoring of clinical services. Participates in the ongoing strategic planning process at the senior leadership level, resulting achieving the mission and vision as directed by the CEO and Board of Directors. Serves as an administrative liaison to assigned medical staff, departments, community partners, and service lines. Takes administrative call as required.
Qualifications: Required- Undergraduate and Masters degree in a field relevant to healthcare leadership. Ten or more years experience in provision of progressive healthcare management. Ability to effectively lead to achieve sustainable clinical, operational and financial results. Theoretical knowledge and successful deployment of High Reliability and Change Leadership and Continuous Daily Improvement. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Daily leadership behaviors demonstrate CaroMont’s CARES Values.
Preferred- Undergraduate degree in clinical field and Masters degree in management, business administration, nursing or other professional, licensed healthcare field with current license and supporting certification.
