Description The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President & Controller to lead our accounting operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. This executive role oversees all general accounting functions—general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting—while ensuring strict adherence to US GAAP and regulatory standards. The Controller will also provide leadership for international and acquisition accounting, develop high-performing teams, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location. Compensation New York, NY: $175,000 – $186,000 This position is eligible for an annual performance-based incentive.
