Job Introduction

The VP Credit Risk Intelligence will be responsible for development, production, and circulation of all Risk MI for INM WPB Risk. Incumbent will manage all local, group, and regulatory reporting requirements. The role holder will collect standardized MI requirements from all INM WPB Risk areas including policy, portfolio management, SLOD besides CRO, and regional teams on a periodic basis and then work with local and RRA stakeholders to design dashboards and production processes to meet those requirements. Role holder will front various audits for WPB Risk including concurrent, statutory, GIA and RBI from a data and MI perspective. Incumbent will assist in managing queries during RBI inspections.

Principal Responsibilities

The role holder is expected act as the vendor manager for the central MI team based out of the GAC. The role holder will ensure that gaps between production and requirement are identified on an ongoing basis and the GAC based production process suitably amended to meet changed requirements. The role holder will keep the GAC team informed about upcoming requirements and any changes in capacity or production that may follow. The role holder will at all times act as the checker sign-off from WPB Risk for all regulatory MI that is produced by the GAC MI team and ensure its accuracy and completeness. The role-holder will act as the interpreter of all regulatory MI requirements for the GAC team.The role-holder will create local databases and cubes for use by the policy, portfolio management teams and various analytical projects. The longer-term objective for the role holder will be to migrate all analytical variables created for use locally to ADM, however the incumbent will need to manage local databases in the period interim to the creation of this facility.The incumbent will be responsible for the creation of all trends based or as on date status reporting to EXCO, RMM, RMF, both statutory and ad-hoc if any.Incumbent will have to take charge of ADF, BCBS and other regulatory requirements around data.The role holder will need to manage any ad-hoc or local data, MI requests that will come in from time to time – from either INM and Group teams or the regulator.Role holder will have to act as the final checker for important analytical projects such as scorecards, tiers, Sherwood, Stress Testing, etc.

Post Graduate (preferably MBA or Post Grad in Statistics) with 8 years’ experience in retail credit risk MI and Data management or risk analytics.Strong analytical capabilities.
