As a Vice President-Data Visualization & Analytics Lead in the HR Data and Analytics team, you will spearhead the development of data visualizations and dashboards that support strategic human capital decisions. You will collaborate with HR teams and technology partners to deliver solutions that drive business outcomes. Your role is crucial in translating business needs into analytical tasks and delivering insights that matter.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and support business-focused reporting and dashboards using advanced visualization tools Design and develop ETL workflows and datasets for BI reporting Prepare technical specifications and documentation for data workflows Drive innovation with stakeholders to enhance dashboards with new data sources Query and merge data from diverse sources to create comprehensive datasets Analyze data using tools like Tableau, SQL, and AWS to develop automated reports Collaborate with teams to present data insights and recommendations clearly Support the development of the HR Workforce analytics platform and train new users Identify and maximize data opportunities within the organization Stay informed on HR trends and recommend new technologies Support technology evaluation and proof of concept projects

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

8 years of experience in data management and analytics projects, preferably in HR analytics or financial services 5 years of experience in data visualization with tools like Tableau or QuickSight Experience with visualization design tools such as Figma or InVision Proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Server Experience with SQL and relational databases for data analysis Knowledge of big-data and AWS technologies Ability to interpret unstructured data and draw objective inferences Strong written and oral communication skills Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
