Vice President/Director Capital Markets Loan Sales & Trading

Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for assisting in selling all left lead loans originated by Citizens Capital Markets
+ Attend all primary deal teach-ins, with a focus on risks, mitigants and credit strengths in an effort to best position transaction in the marketplace
+ Work with traders to help generate secondary trading volume
+ Work with traders and research to help identify both trade ideas as well as new issuers to trade
+ Provide ongoing market color to syndicate in an effort to help structure primary transactions and develop syndication strategies
+ Develop both existing and new buy-side relationships, travelling to visit accounts as needed
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5-10 years of capital markets, leveraged finance and/or loan sales and trading experience including direct interaction with buy-side accounts (preferably both bank and institutional)
+ Ability to travel frequently and with little notice
+ 4-year degree from an accredited university
+ Master’s degree preferred, but not required
+ Series 79 & 63 licenses
+ Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills
+ Highly organized with ability to multi-task
+ Strong credit acumen with superior market risk knowledge
Hours & Work Schedule
+ Hours per Week: 40+
+ Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
