**Responsibilities** **:**
+ Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
+ Code solutions and unit testing to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
+ Contribute to existing test suites(integration, regression, and performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.
+ Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintaining, supporting, and business functionality.
+ Participate and contribute to delivery/release (CI-CD) events(including branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, and release notes).
+ Maintain certificates, Application security, web application security testing, Public key infrastructure, Hardware Security Modules(HSM), and Single Sign-on (SSO).
+ Apply OO design & Java programming skills using one or multiple J2EE application servers to design and develop large scale, enterprise-wide web applications.
+ Publish online data and improve consuming experience using Apache Kafka.
+ Develop Junit test cases, performance testing, optimization, and code analysis through Java development of RESTful Services using Spring Framework, Spring Boot and SOAP Webservices.
+ Utilize Relational Oracle SQL/PLSQL and No SQL distributed Cassandra DB Technologies for efficient and scalable data management.
+ Utilize development tools including Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE's, Maven, GIT, and Splunk to streamline the software development process, increase productivity, and improve quality of final product.
+ Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
**Required Skills & Experience** **:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related; and
+ 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
