VICE PRESIDENT FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER (CIO), Office of the Executive Vice President and Treasurer, to lead the strategic direction and management of MIT’s enterprise digital infrastructure; facilitate information technology across the Institute, supporting systems, infrastructure, and platforms; collaborate with internal and external partners, including the Office of Research Computing (ORCD), the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC), and MIT’s Lincoln Laboratory; champion cybersecurity, integrate modern administrative systems, and drive digital transformation; oversee customer-focused IT services and manage resources sustainably; co-chair the Information Technology Governance Committee and serve on the MGHPCC Board; and report to the Executive Vice President and Treasurer (EVPT) and serve on the President’s Academic Council.
