Duties and Responsibilities
Build a culture of high performance and accountability which embodies our values and delivers on our brand promiseDrive sales and franchisee profitability through the improvement of operating standards, guest experience, and growthAchieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as well as key financial and development results equal to or better than annual BudgetSupervise and motivate Director of Franchise Operations and Business Consultants to uphold standards to meet business objectives and enhance guest experienceEstablish and maintain a best-in-class organization across the Operations teamSupport collaboration and execution of strategic initiatives across Marketing, Development, Supply and TechnologyEstablish and maintain best-in-class franchisee relationships for mutual success between franchisor and franchisee ownersDevelop and execute strategic market plans to drive sales, guest experience, franchisee profitability, new store development and remodelsExperience establishing and driving development growth across multiple markets, both market reset and new territory scenariosManage franchisee business reviews, eligibility to expand, food safety audits, reported sales and P&L submittalEnsure the development of Certified Training locations and the execution of training programs for new and existing franchisee trainingReview the performance of Directors of Franchise Operations in accordance with Inspire performance management processesEnsure all restaurants maintain safe food safety and security practices as outlined in our operating procedures and required by regulatory agenciesEnsure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company and brand standardsParticipate in the development of annual strategy and budgetsCreate an atmosphere where people motivate themselves to achieve mutually beneficial goalsMaintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position descriptionEDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Minimum: High School or GEDPreferred: 4 Year / Bachelors DegreeEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
10+ years of experience in Restaurant Operations or related leadership role, managing both people and processesREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have a passion for teaching othersProven operations results and business acumenStrong planning and executionDemonstrated ability to lead transformation and guide constructive changeAble to think strategically and be comfortable “rolling up the sleeves” and executing the strategic planExcellent financial, analytical, verbal and written communication skillsProven track record of growing and developing talent within your organization to create a leadership benchCapacity to manage multiple diverse responsibilities, establish priorities, and make sound independent judgments for the business
