Job Details Essential Functions: Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on HR issues, policies, practices and performance management strategies. Develop and maintain effective and positive relations with managers and employees. Work collaboratively with Catholic Health system functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Compensation and Organizational Learning and Innovation to ensure HR services are delivered in an effective manner. Serve as a trusted business partner to mangers and a resource to employees to meet the goals and mission of the health system. Position Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration, HR or related field required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Interpersonal skills - Ability to relate with a variety of personalities and generate a sense of trust. Negotiation Skills - Ability to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties. Decision Making - Ability to make critical decisions that serve the best interests of the organization Track record of progressively responsible experience overseeing major HR functions in a complex healthcare setting. Significant labor relations experience including contract negotiations, dispute resolution and administering collective bargaining agreements. Salary Range USD $200,000.00 - USD $225,000.00 /Yr.
