With a workforce of over 40,000 associates across multiple locations, we strive to attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive our continued growth and success. **Position Overview** Reporting to the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing key HR functions and executing strategic HR and business initiatives. This individual will focus on talent acquisition, associate relations, HR compliance and merger & acquisition due diligence and integration. The VP of HR will work closely with the CHRO to ensure that HR functional areas align with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. **Key Responsibilities** + In conjunction with the CHRO and HR senior leadership team, develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals. + Lead the talent acquisition strategy to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent across all levels of the organization. + Provide business partner support for performance enablement, organizational design, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives to drive performance and retention. + Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks across the organization by analyzing operations, policies, and industry trends. Provide guidance to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
