Primary Responsibilities:

The Vice President of Investor Relations will oversee all investor relations activities with a focus on enhancing the company reputation and increasing shareholder value. This position will be responsible for developing investor relation strategies, organizing investor presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with external public, analysts and investors.  All duties are to be performed in accordance with MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.

Provide support with on-going information to the company’s executive leadership regarding investor feedback and sentiment, competitive intelligence from the street, security analysts’ research and valuation methodologies, and relative stock price movements.

Lead the investor relations program including defining strategy, operating plan and budget.

Collaborate with the Finance team to manage and track analyst estimates compared with internal budgets and forecasts.

Manage the Quarterly Earnings process and preparation, schedule, and external resources and advise in the content of strategic news releases.

Build long-term rapport with analysts, fund managers, investors and journalists. Respond to investor inquiries as needed.

Develop presentations, white papers and other materials to aid in interactions with the analyst and investor community.

Manage the investor relations website and other third-party vendor relationships.

Complete additional special projects.


Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business or finance6+ years of prior relevant experience in finance, equity research/sales, investment banking, and/or investor relations.
