Leidos Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Program Integration Executive to lead program integration across the diverse and complex portfolio of the Land Systems Business Area. This position is located onsite in Huntsville, AL.
This individual will report to Leidos’ Senior Vice President and Business Area Leader for Land Systems in the Defense Sector to carry out Business Area wide program integration and operational effectiveness. Specifically, this role is responsible for ensuring effective program integration for programs and projects within the business area which include high priority and mission critical solution development and production at scale. This portfolio requires increased integration with functional leaders and processes at the sector and corporate levels given the strategy to scale the business in the land-based weapons and sensors market areas. This person will drive program integration with the Division Managers and Program Managers to ensure the teams meet schedule, cost, technical, and funding availability requirements. Applies judgment to the most complex planning, design, technical and/or management functions. Primary contact for assigned cross organizational or business area projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide oversight to Business Area programs and serve as an escalation point for issue resolution and help needed to mitigate issues and risk.Provide primary Business Area engagement and lead coordination of Business Area inputs and associated action items for key Sector governance councils for Capital Expenditures, Facility Management, Indirect Spend, and Training.Oversee and develop strategy to mature Program Managers and Division Managers on program management rigor during Proposal and Execution phases.Drive Program Status and Estimate to Complete / Estimate at Complete reviews prior to internal Sector Reviews, corporate reviews, and Government briefings.Support program and portfolio managers in driving greater, effective integration with business support functionsSupport the development of pursue no pursue, bid no bid, and Gate review presentations and approvals.Meet with customers/suppliers on a reoccurring frequency and being proactive to help develop or continue to develop a network for the Program Managers and division Managers under the Land Systems Business Area.Work with the Business Area Leader/BA Growth Lead on Business implementation of strategy to grow the business in line with Annual Operating Plan and long range Land Systems Business Area commitments.Assist in management and optimization of indirect expense requests and budget for Business Area.Support the review / approve requisitions / procurements / subcontracts that require BA level action.Support the Business Area inputs into Sector and Corporate level products and business rhythms (including, but not limited to: Monthly Business Reviews; Quarterly Business Reviews; weekly reports; staff meetings; Board of Directors presentations).Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent from an accredited university required, combined with 15+ years of experience or equivalent industry/professional experience; 12+ years of relevant experience and leadership responsibilities, that includes 3-5 years of experience specifically in project management; or Master's degree and 13 years' experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze and compile large amounts of data and present effective reports.Self-motivated and self-sufficient.Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills.Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to produce positive and effective influence and collaboration across varying departments and stakeholdersExcellent verbal (including presentation) and written communication skills, including ability to establish positive and productive working relationships inside and outside the company across time zones.Candidate must be a resident of the Huntsville area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area and must be available for business travel as required.An active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI.Preferred Qualification

Pay Range:Pay Range $195,800.00 - $315,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
