An experienced professional is sought to join the Learning & Development (L&D) team, focusing on designing learning programs to enhance professional skills. What You’ll Do Day-to-DayDevelop content and design highly tailored learning programs for staff across various roles and levels. Covered skills may include project management, idea generation, prioritization, effective interviewing, and time management. Work with internal and external experts to identify best practices, develop and deliver customized programming (such as case-based workshops, online simulations, group coaching, and on-demand resources), and measure impact. Based on expertise and interest, opportunities to facilitate classes may be available. Collaborate closely with Human Capital colleagues, business stakeholders, and external vendors and partners.
Who We’re Looking For A bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong academic and professional track record. At least eight years of professional experience, including some in a learning and development capacity. A master’s in education, organizational development, business administration, law, or a related field is a plus but not required. Strong ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively, navigate ambiguity, and maintain an adaptable customer service mindset. Critical thinkers who can quickly synthesize new content areas and convey information concisely. Excellent judgment, a results-driven approach, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. Applicants from all fields, including management consulting and law, are encouraged to apply.The expected annual base salary for this position is $175,000 to $225,000. The compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus (guaranteed in the first year), along with medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) matching, wellness reimbursement, family-building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
