The Vice President of Clinical Services will lead and mentor the Cassia Home Office clinical team and nursing leadership, ensuring excellence in resident/patient care across communities. You will collaborate with various departments, oversee clinical policies, review grievances and analytics, support quality metrics and revenue integrity, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training, while also managing SNF services and making sure clinical procedures are in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Our ideal candidate has leadership experience as a VP over multiple sites including long-term care skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, and adult day centers as well as having or in the process of getting a RN, BSN/MA/MSN is preferred.
This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working Hybrid from our Edina, MN office.
VP of Clinical Services Responsibilities:
